Ichikoo brings together an enormously talented group dedicated to producing films and multimedia of the highest quality. Experienced cameramen, designers and editors all contribute to ensuring that Ichikoo’s reputation continues to be recognised as a credible & entertaining voice in the world of film and multimedia.

Ichikoo’s creative director was a TV producer for Rapido (Eurotrash) and 20/20 (Dispatches) as well as music producer (Mr Bongo, Disorient, JVC & Hed Kandi) before setting up Ichikoo in 2005. Our directors and editors have worked on Hollywood blockbusters and TV shows such as Top Gear Live, United 93, Bourne Supremacy and commercials for Red Bull, X-Box, EA Games and Footlocker.

Sound

Music is part of Ichikoo’s heritage, having started their long journey as music producers, DJ’s and label owners. Ichikoo have compiled many albums for Mr Bongo (London’s premier Hip Hop, Jazz and Latin label in the 90′s) and produced tracks for Masters at Work, Dimitri From Paris, Monday Michiru and more. They have their own successful artists ( Routine & Lazy Grace), with recordings for JVC Victor, Columbia Records and Sony. Lazy Grace’s “How Deep is Your Love” was the first single released on Hed Kandi and they have recently recorded with Carol Decker from T’pau. Ichikoo have also produced tracks for PR campaigns such as Glaxo Smith Kline and theme music for Turner Broadcasting, CNX, Taste Festivals and Channel 4 giving an affordable twist on the usual corporate fare. Shawn Lee, our resident producer, is a super-talented musician and writer, penning songs such as “Happiness”, recorded by million selling British artist Will Young, and music for films such as Ocean’s Thirteen, The Break Up, and for TV such as CSI Miami, Lost, Desperate Housewives,”Nip Tuck “and Ugly Betty.
